Parallax LLC is a consulting company registered in the Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates, under license No. 2433370.01. We advise on residence permits, visas and relocation, and coordinate the process with licensed partners in each country.
Who we are
Parallax was founded in 2024 by Evgenii Salamatin, an immigration consultant who went through residence procedures in the Czech Republic, the UAE and Serbia himself. The team includes immigration consultants, education program coordinators and visa support specialists.
Our work covers three areas: residence permits in 13 countries (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Moldova, Slovenia, Malaysia, the UAE and Turkey), visa preparation for Europe, Canada, the UK, Asia and the Middle East, and study programs in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria.
How we work with licensed partners
Parallax is a consultancy, not a law firm. Legal, visa and immigration procedures are carried out by licensed partners in the relevant jurisdiction — for example, a licensed immigration lawyer in Portugal or Spain, or a registered company-formation agent in the UAE. We choose the route with you, prepare and check the file, coordinate the partner's work and keep track of deadlines.
- First consultation. We look at your passport, income, family situation and timeline, and tell you honestly if a route does not fit.
- Written plan and agreement. Stages, documents, official fees and our professional fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Partner procedures. Filings, representation and legal opinions are done by the licensed partner under their own license.
- After arrival. We stay in touch for renewals, family members and the practical steps that follow a residence decision.
What we do not do
We do not promise guaranteed results: residence and visa decisions are made by government authorities. We do not work with grey schemes, fictitious addresses or employment. We publish only official fees with a source; professional fees are quoted on request for your specific case.
