Evgenii Salamatin is the founder of Parallax and an immigration consultant. He helps clients with relocation and residence permits in more than 12 countries through licensed local partners.

Background

Evgenii moved to the Czech Republic in 2018, at the age of 18. After language courses he completed a bachelor's degree in business administration at the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE).

In 2024 he ran into the problem every foreign resident fears: his Czech residence permit renewal went wrong and the permit was eventually cancelled. That led him to the UAE, where he set up a company and obtained residence, and later to a residence permit in Serbia. Having gone through these procedures himself, he started helping others, together with partners who handle company formation and legal procedures in different countries. That is how Parallax started.

How he works

Parallax works with 13 countries, including Serbia, Montenegro, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, the UAE and Turkey. For each client the route is chosen from the real situation: what the person does, whether a family is moving, and why they are relocating. Visa and immigration procedures are carried out by licensed partners in each country.

No guaranteed results and no grey schemes. In immigration there are no guarantees — there is careful preparation and an honest assessment of risks.

  • Czech Republic — lived there 2018–2024 and studied at VŠE Prague. Areas: study visas, business visas, residence renewals, document translation.
  • United Arab Emirates — UAE resident; Parallax LLC is registered in Sharjah Media City. Areas: company setup, free zone licenses, Golden Visa, bank accounts.
  • Serbia — holds a Serbian residence permit and is registered as a sole proprietor in Novi Sad. Areas: residence through a sole proprietorship or company, relocation.

In Spain, Portugal, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Moldova and Malaysia he works together with local partners who carry out all legal procedures under their local license.
