2-Year Residence Visa (Business Setup)

A 2-year UAE residence visa through a company in a Free Zone. Corporate tax is 0% on taxable profit up to AED 375,000 and 9% above that threshold.

Who it is for

Entrepreneurs, freelancers and investors who want UAE resident status for business, tax planning or banking. The company is set up in the SHAMS (Sharjah) or Ajman NuVentures free zone; an IFZA or Meydan company in Dubai is a separate service.

10-Year Golden Visa (Investment)

The UAE Golden Visa: a premium long-term residence visa that does not require an active business or an employer. It is obtained through real estate investment from AED 2 million (about €500,000) or a bank deposit from AED 2 million in a UAE bank.

Who it is for

Families with significant assets, investors and entrepreneurs who want the most stable UAE status with minimal obligations. Advantages: 10 years without renewals; you can sponsor your whole family (spouse and children with no age limit); absences of more than 6 months do not cancel the status (a regular residence visa is limited to 6 months); you can work for any employer.

2-Year Residence Visa Through Property

A 2-year UAE residence visa through buying property. In Dubai this is the Investor Residence (Taskeen) route: the Dubai Land Department sets no minimum property value for a sole owner; for a co-owner the share must be at least AED 400,000. The most popular route for people who want to live in Dubai or Abu Dhabi — property and visa in one package.

Families planning a move, investors who want an asset in the UAE, remote workers who own property.
