Serbian residence through registering a sole proprietorship taxed under the paušal (flat-rate) regime, for 3 years. The most affordable route to legal residence in Europe, with a path to permanent residence after 3 years.
Who it is for
Freelancers, IT specialists, designers, marketers — anyone who works for foreign clients and does not hire employees. The paušal regime means a fixed monthly amount of tax and contributions, set individually by the tax office based on the activity code and municipality (there is no universal euro rate).

Serbian residence through opening a limited liability company (d.o.o.) for 3 years — one of Parallax’s most popular Serbian programs. It leads to permanent residence after 3 years and to citizenship in about 6 years (3 years of temporary residence before permanent residence plus 3 years with permanent residence). Minimum share capital of a d.o.o.: RSD 100 (about €0.85).

Entrepreneurs and IT specialists who want to work legally for Serbian and foreign companies and are ready to open a business in Serbia.

How is payment staged?
You pay in stages as the process moves forward rather than the full amount upfront. We confirm the stages for your plan before you start.
Can family members be added?
Yes, where the route allows it. Plans that include family members show the additional price per person; where family reunification is not available, the plan says so.
Who carries out the legal procedures?
Parallax LLC is a consultancy. Legal, visa and immigration procedures are carried out by licensed partners in the relevant jurisdiction; we coordinate the process and check the file.
