Frequently asked questions

Is the price final?

The price covers the scope listed in each plan. Official fees, taxes and third-party costs are separate unless a plan lists them as included; the plan card shows exactly what is excluded.

How is payment staged?

You pay in stages as the process moves forward rather than the full amount upfront. We confirm the stages for your plan before you start.

Can family members be added?

Yes, where the route allows it. Plans that include family members show the additional price per person; where family reunification is not available, the plan says so.

Who carries out the legal procedures?
