3-Year Digital Nomad Residence — Economy

Spanish digital nomad residence for 3 years. This plan suits you if you are already in Spain (visa-free or on a Schengen visa) and file the application yourself — we help only at the key steps.

Who it is for

Freelancers, self-employed people and founders working remotely for companies outside Spain (in any country).

Included

• Express check of your documents against the requirements
• Filing with the immigration office (UGE)
• Payment of the government fee

Not included

• Preparing documents from scratch
• Sworn translations (traducción jurada)
• Apostilles
• Handling requests for additional documents

3-Year Digital Nomad Residence — Standard

Full support for a 3-year digital nomad residence from inside Spain. Our most popular plan — we handle all procedural steps except force majeure.

Who it is for

Employees and self-employed people working remotely for companies outside Spain who are in Spain visa-free or on a Schengen visa. Processing time: 20–60 working days.

• Preparing the full document package
• Standard and sworn translations (traducción jurada)
• Filing with the UGE
• Handling all requests for additional documents
• Government fees

Not included

• Additional apostilles and sworn translations beyond the standard package (billed as requested)

Additional family member: adult €1,200, child €900.

3-Year Digital Nomad Residence — VIP

Maximum support for a 3-year digital nomad residence: we handle not only the application but the whole process of getting the physical residence card (TIE).

Who it is for

People who want minimal contact with bureaucracy — we accompany you to every office from the first visit until the card is in your hands. For employees, self-employed people and founders working remotely for companies outside Spain.

Included

• Everything in the Standard plan
• Accompaniment to the police for biometrics
• Monitoring of NIE issuance
• Support when collecting the TIE card
• Priority support throughout the process

Not included

• Health insurance (usually not required for the self-employed; mandatory for employees, arranged separately from €450 per year)

1-Year Digital Nomad Visa (Consulate)

A 1-year digital nomad visa with the option to extend later up to 3 years. Suitable if you want to apply from your country of citizenship or current residence before moving.

Who it is for

Employees and self-employed people working remotely for an employer outside Spain who want the visa in advance. Advantage: once the visa is issued you enter Spain legally with the right to reside.

• Preparing the document package to the consulate’s requirements
• Translations and filing at the Spanish consulate
• Handling requests for additional documents

Not included

• Health insurance (€450–900 per year depending on the policy)

Additional family member: adult €1,500, child €900.

1-Year Study Stay (Language Courses)

A one-year stay in Spain for language studies (legally an estancia for studies, not a residence permit) — a way to immerse yourself without remote work or investment. Filing is done through a Spanish consulate (type D study visa); after arrival you get a TIE card.

Who it is for

Students who want to learn Spanish in Spain, freelancers between projects, people moving to join family.

Included

• One year of study at a school accredited by the Instituto Cervantes (course fees included)
• Preparing the document package
• Health insurance for one year
• Support with the consulate filing and the TIE card
• Government fees

The courses are real and attendance is mandatory; the certificate is officially recognized in the EU. The stay can be extended once; studies at a university are a separate, longer route. Insurance included. Family reunification is not available on this plan.
